I was gobsmacked to see this here. My wife’s mother had it in the family in the 1960s-70s, and ever since she (my wife) first mentioned it, the title’s stuck with me as goofily chauvinistic and chauvinistically goofy. Of course, what else would you expect from Jack LaLane? The cover, incidentally, looks precisely as I expected it would.
